RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 12, 2016 and entered in Case No. 41 2014CA001862AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and SHELBY S. ADAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 15 PALMA SOLA PARK, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 122 and 123, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and a strip of the Southerly side of Lot 11, of said Block 15, described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 11, thence run West along the South line of said Lot 11, 187 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 11; thence run North along the West line of Lot 11, 20 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 11; thence run East to a point on the East line of said Lot 11, 22.5 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 11; thence run South 22.5 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
