RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 3, 2016 and entered in Case No. 41 2010CA009429AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARGO DRIVER A/K/A MARGO E. DRIVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 2, IDA-K SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
