Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an action for non judicial foreclosure of timeshare units/weeks on the Claim of Lien filed and recorded for UMBRELLA BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. March 28,2016 at O.R. Book 2612, Pages 6298 - 6301, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, listed on attached Exhibit “A” will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds on the day of the sale at the office of UMBRELLA BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., 1501 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217 on the 2nd day of September, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. the following described real property located in MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA to wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Number s (as described on attached Exhibit “A”) of Umbrella Beach Resort, a condominium according to Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1466, Pages 1 through 80 inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended.
The assessment lien created by the Claim of Lien was properly created and authorized, pursuant to the timeshare instrument and applicable law, and the amounts secured by said lien is as set forth on attached Exhibit “A”. You may cure the default at any time prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Sale by paying the amount due to the undersigned Trustee at the address set forth below.
