NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2016, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001893, Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff, and Darryl Moore a/k/a Darryl B. Moore; The Unknown Trustee of the 9059 Willow Brook Land Trust dated June 14, 2011; The Unknown Beneficiary of the 9059 Willow Brook Land Trust dated June 14, 2011; and FIA Card Services, NA f/k/a Bank of America, N.A, are the Defendants, Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of September, 2016, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 758, Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour, Subphase D, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 168, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
