Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment for Damages, Lien Enforcement and Judicial Sale entered on August 10th, 2016, in Case No. 2016-CC-001853 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which PALM BAY MHC HOLDINGS, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ANNETTE MOORE, RHONDA MOORE also known as RHONDA ANN MORROW and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER OF MANATEE COUNTY, will sell at public sale the following property: a 1975 Mercury Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification No. 036106571, Title No. 0013211097. The sale will be held on the 13 day of September, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, in accordance with §45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
