NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 28, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-010111 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JUAN HERNANDEZ; SUNILDA RAMOS; CAROL BENNETT, WILLIAM D. BENNETT; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 N/K/A DANIKE FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A EMMA ISQUIERDO; HOLIDAY BUILDER, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, WACHOVIA BANK, N.A are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The E 1/2 of Tract 128, Unit 67, Golden Gate Estates, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
