NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001921-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and WENDY M. HUMPHREY A/K/A WENDY HUMPHREY A/K/A WENDY KARAVAS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8, LELY GOLF ESTATES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
