NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000378 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Edwin Webb, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on September 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3503, NAPLES WINTERPARK V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR NAPLES WINTERPARK V, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1306, PAGES 2219 THROUGH 2286, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
