Medina A/K/A Julio Medina A/K/A Julio Cesar Medinat, Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Edward Follert, Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Sandy Delorenzo, Wellington Homeowners Association of Polk County Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 6th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
