NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-001857-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FM2. is the Plaintiff and ANGELINE LISBON A/K/A ANGELINE R. LISBON; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA; INTERNATIONAL PORTFOLIO, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
