NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-050410 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and BARBARA A. ZICCARDI, JOSEPH C. ZICCARDI, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

From an intersection of the centerline of South Yachtsman Drive and State Road #867 as per plat of UNIT #3, SANIBEL ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 13, at page 40, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; thence run South 75° 24' 02”West along the centerline of said State Road #867, for 415.50 feet to the Westerly line of a 50 foot street; thence South 11° 40' 58” East along the Westerly line of said 50 foot street, 220.28 feet to the Point of Beginning of lands herein described:
Thence continue South 11° 40' 58” East along the Westerly line of said 50 foot street, 170.22 feet; thence South 75° 24' 02” West 120 feet; thence North 11° 40' 58” West 135.22 feet to a canal and the arc of a curve having for it's elements a radius for 35 feet, delta angle of 92° 55' 00”, bearing left, and an arc of 56.76 feet; thence along the arc of said curve, 56.76 feet to a point bearing South 75° 24' 02” East, 85 feet from the Point of Beginning, thence North 75° 24' 02” East, 85 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
