NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 512009CA004562CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and RAUL GUIDICELLII; JANETTE GUIDICELLI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVI DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANT; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STAGECOACH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, BLOCK 1, STAGECOACH VILLAGE - PARCEL 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, AT PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
