NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 13, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014CA004346CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Tara Mashell Foote; Unknown Spouse of Tara Mashell Foote are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 122, GULF HIGHLANDS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 116-118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
