NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 3, 2016 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002620 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein SUSAN RAMSEY is Plaintiff and JAMES DOUGLAS MANNING, is Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for case electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclosure.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of September, 2016 at 10:00 AM, EST. on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, LITTLE MANATEE RIVER SITES, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
