NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2014-CA-004653-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-41CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-41CB, Plaintiff, and JAMES M. WARREN, JR. A/K/A JAMES WARREN; CAPRICE RENEE MASTERS-WARREN A/K/A CAPRICE MASTERS-WARREN;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, MEADOW POINTE, PARCEL 9, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 27 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
