Final Judgment was awarded on July 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA001461CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, (FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A.), AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUTHERN PACIFIC SECURED ASSETS CORP MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1998-1 is the Plaintiff, and ALEXANDRINA R. ALLISON A/K/A ALEXANDRINA ALLISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDRINA R. ALLISON A/K/A ALEXANDRINA ALLISON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
