NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 51-2014-CA-001201ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP is Plaintiff and SANDRA L. LOUCKS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of September, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of Section 19, Township 24 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence south 00° 04`09” West along the West boundary of the Northwest ¼ of said Section 19, a distance of 2646.88 feet to the Northwest corner of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 19; thence South 89° 41`48” East, along the North boundary of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼, a distance of 33.00 feet to the Easterly right of way line of Shady Hills Road and the Point of Beginning; thence continue along said North boundary South 89° 41`48” East, a distance of 300.48 feet; thence South 00°09` 11” West, a distance of 144.87 feet; thence North 89° 41` 48” west a distance of 300.90 feet to a point on the Easterly right of way line of Shady Hills Road; thence North 00° 19`00” East, along said right of way line, a distance of 144.87 feet to the Point ofBeginning. The North 30.0 feet and the East 25.0 feet thereof reserved as an easement for ingress/egress and utilities, also the West 2.0 feet reserved as addition right of way.
