NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016CA000318CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and LISA AHERN; ANNA POCCHIARI A/K/A ANNA WENDT; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of November, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2352, AND THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOT 2351, BEACON WOODS FAIRVIEW VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 71 AND 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
