Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of The Estate of Dennis D. Odom, Deceased, all other persons claiming by and through, under or against Dennis D. Odom, and Norma Leitner
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-4865-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida. David Lay and Sharon Lay (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) are Plaintiffs and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Dennis D. Odom, deceased, and Norma Leitner, et al are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th of September 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15 and the East 1/2 of Lot 16, Block F, CAPE CAY, Unit No. 3, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 83, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with a double wide mobile home, identification numbers GDOCFL3783-10100A and GDOCFL3783-10100B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
