NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-002333 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO UNION PLANTERS BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARIBEL HENRIQUEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARIBEL HENRIQUEZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE NORTH 75 FEET OFTHE SOUTH 1,205 FEET OF THE WEST 120 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
