UNIT 2024, of THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, A condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereto as recorded in Official Records Book 16005, Page 672, the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, The Law Offices of Michael J. Owen, PLLC, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 330 Pauls Drive, Suite 104, Brandon, Florida 33511 on or before September 12, 2016, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
