NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2016 entered in Case No. 14-CA-012071 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RUSHMORE LOAN MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JUANITA M. LOT 1, BLOCK 29, GRANT PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 A DISTANCE OF 58.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING ; THENCE LEAVING SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE SOUTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 9.02 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS 1.05 FEET SOUTH OF SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE TO A POINT OF CURVATURE; THENCE ALONG A CURVE TO THE RIGHT A DISTANCE OF 4.80 FEET (SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 7.00 FEET) TO A POINT ON THE AFORE SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE SAID POINT BEING 13.54 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY LINE A DISTANCE OF 13.54 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
