N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and HYLTON L. KELLY; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A SOUTH FORK III OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
