YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint and Notice of Lis Pendens has been filed on the real property owned by you and located at 612 Charter Court, Plant City, Florida, 33563, and more fully described as follows:
Lot 9, Block 1, King's Village, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, at Page 100, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Daniel F. Pilka, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 213 Providence Road, Brandon, Florida, 33511, on or before SEP 19 2016; and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
