NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-014540 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Everbank, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Vallery Nelson a/k/a Elizabeth V. Carpenter, Michael M. Carpenter, Midflorida Credit Union F/K/A Bay Gulf Credit Union, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
