NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 1, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-008820 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and KERRY ENGLE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of September, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 25-18117, THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15349, Page 568, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
