NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-003931 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and David Wesley Howard and Daniel L. Howard are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT BEGINNING 25 FEET WEST AND 330 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 140 FEET, THENCE WEST FOR A DISTANCE OF 317 FEET, THENCE NORTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 140 FEET, THENCE EAST FOR A DISTANCE OF 317 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
