NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007802 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein M & T BANK, is Plaintiff and MELISSA A. HOLM, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 200 feet of Lot 15, Taft Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 22, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 3440 Pittman Road, Dover, FL 33527
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
