A/K/A: 105 KEY HAVEN CT, TAMPA, FL 33606.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Patricia Arango, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4420 Beacon Circle, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407, on or before SEP 19, 2016 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
