SPIVEY; PATRICIA SPIVEY are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on SEPTEMBER 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 1, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE ROAD #583 AND ALL OF LOT 2, BLOCK 20, GRANT PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
