NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of July, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 15-005234-CI-8, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM UNIT IV, INC., a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and, KATHLEEN O'DONNELL, if alive, and if deceased, the ESTATE OF KATHLEEN O'DONNELL and her unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against KATHLEEN O'DONNELL, deceased; MICHAEL J. O'DONNELL, JOHN M. O'DONNELL; ANTHONY P. O'DONNELL; and THOMAS R. O'DONNELL, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
An undivided one-half interest in and to:
UNIT NO. 10, SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, IV, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 44 and 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2952, Page 723 to 752 inclusive, as Clerks Instrument No. 68099481, as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. Book 4282, Page 867, as Clerks Instrument No. 75051032, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 6% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
