NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CI-007634 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Blaine Almli a/k/a Blaine J. Almli, Charlene Miller, as Trustee of The Melissa E. Almli Trust dated May 26, 1999, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
