NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE J. TERRY A/K/A JACQUELINE TERRY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GWENDOLINE E. JACKSON REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED THE 2ND DAY OF APRIL, 1996, AND AMENDED BY THE DECLARATION OF TRUST OF GWENDOLINE ENID JACKSON REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED MAY 4, 2009; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CIEGA VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
