SPELL ; MYRTLE S. SPELL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MYRTLE S. SPELL REVOCABLE TRUST; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF C. BRUCE SPELL A/K/A CLYDE BRUCE SPELL JR., DECEASED; GEORGHIOS ANDREA MAKRIDES; SANDRA KAY GUILFORD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
