NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2016, and entered in 15-000264-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF CATHERINE ERMA REESE A/K/A CATHERINE REESE A/K/A CATHERINE REECE, DECEASED; PATRICIA A. HATCHER; TINA E. DUNN; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MEADOWLAND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
