HENDRICKS BY AND THROUGH HIS PLENARY GUARDIAN KATHLEEN LOUISE PEDITTO, M.D.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGGORY HENDRICKS A/K/A GREGORY J. HENDRICKS; FRANKLIN SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
