NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006354 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN POLLOCK AKA JOHN POLLOCK, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of September, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, THE ANCHORAGE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 99, 100 AND 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
