NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-001049-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH1 is Plaintiff and ILEANA VINCI A/K/A ILEANA L. VINCI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ILEANA VINCI A/K/A ILEANA L. VINCI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1; CROSS POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS, INC.; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 2 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 5, CROSS POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE(S) 49 TO 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
