NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-005489 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-5AR Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5AR, is the Plaintiff and Marie E. Levi, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
