NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Polk County, Florida, on the 4th day of May A.D., 2016 in the cause wherein First Union National Bank of Florida, (As assigned to Dodge Enterprises) was plaintiff(s), and Richard T Cain etc., and Tara S Swango etc., was defendant(s), being Case No. 98-CC11-0043 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Tara S Swango aka Tara Swango, in and to the following described property to wit:
