LOT 15, BLOCK 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF BONNIE BAY UNIT ONE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 70 AND 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
