NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 03, 2016, and entered in 12-001379-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GENWORTH FINANCIAL HOME EQUITY ACCESS, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS LIBERTY REVERSE MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and VINCENT BROWN; JOHNNIE MAE BROWN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 04, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
