NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-001763, in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, Florida, that Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash through an on-line sale conducted at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 11, ROOSEVELT BOULEVARD TOWNHOMES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 63 and 64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
