NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-002700-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and GLORIA WHITE A/K/A GLORIA J. WHITE; AMERICAN BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY AND INTEGRITY BAIL BONDS, INC; ERIC J. KUSKE; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FL; HELP IS HERE FORECLOSURE PREVENTION & CREDIT REPAIR LLC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 48 FEET OF LOT 11, I.A. MASON'S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 35 AND 36, OF PALM PARK ADDITION TO CLEARWATER FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 6.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOT 11, I.A. MASON'S SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 35 AND 36, OF PALM PARK ADDITION TO CLEARWATER FLORIDA ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
