NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-009992-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., GMACM Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Rubin R. Jimenez a/k/a Rubin Jimenez; Unknown Spouse of Rubin R. Jimenez a/k/a Rubin Jimenez; Blossom Park Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING E, UNIT NO. 3229, BLOSSOM PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6853, AT PAGE 1897, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
