NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003121-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and NOORUDDIN PABANI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 164 OF TOSCANA UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, AT PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
