NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 26th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006861-XXXX-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is the Plaintiff and Coronado Framing Inc, Edward Dennis Grabowski, Erie Ranches Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9 ERIE RANCHES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 150 AND 151, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
