NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 05, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000305 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and Julie E. Ullom a/k/a Julie Ullom; Unknown Spouse of Julie E. Ullom a/k/a Julie Ullom n/k/a Alan Krinsky, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 8 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
