NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002713 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jose L. Diego; Jacqueline Diego; United States of America; Granada Lakes Villas Condominium Association, Inc.; Santa Barbara Landings Property Owner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 8, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2, BUILDING 108, GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
