NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 1402162CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and DENNIS M. PORTELLA A/K/A DENNIS MICHAEL PORTELLA A/K/A DENNIS PORTELLA LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS M. PORTELLA A/K/A DENNIS MICHAEL PORTELLA A/K/A DENNIS PORTELLA; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 8th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK J, LAKEWOOD, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 7 THROUGH 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
